Bio
Leena is a Research Fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence for the 21st Century Weather at UNSW. Her research delves into the mechanisms driving short-duration extreme precipitation events, their connections to large-scale weather systems, and how they might evolve with climate change. She aims to enhance our understanding of atmospheric circulations and their role in climate extremes, ensuring these phenomena are accurately represented in predictive models.
