Dr Kimberley Reid

Bio

Dr Kim Reid completed her Phd in 2022 at the University of Melbourne. She worked as a postdoc at Monash University before returning to Unimelb in 2024. Her work focuses on causes, trends and prediction of extreme rainfall over Australia. Her research for 21st Century Weather will focus on other forms of High Impact Weather, especially those that affect renewable energy, such as wind droughts and fog.
